Why do we recommend stopping here?

It’s a very agreeable place to stop overnight and is in a calm and tranquil location. There are a couple of nice restaurants not too far away and a boulangerie in the village. There's a BBQ area and some picnic tables here if wish to use them - you’d need to shop for it before ouy stop for the night as there are no shops here.

What is there to see?

Close by you will find the Bec d'Allier, a protected area at the confluence de la Loire et de l'Allier

The church of Saint-Pantaléon, with its richly decorated nave, dates from the 15th century
